Sinambung Gandhi Memorial Intercontinental School (GMIS)

Since 1996, The Gandhi Memorial Intercontinental School (GMIS) provides educational support for foster children of elementary level in several areas in Indonesia. One of the beneficiaries comes from a school in around GMIS, so GMIS students and teachers can easily meet with their foster children

The event, held on Monday (2/10), with some interesting art performances, the event was very lively. The invitations that were attended were Ibu Yasinta Widowati (Secretary of  the GNOTA Foundation), ambassadors of each country, principals and representatives of other foundations who also received assistance from GMIS. Also present George Rudy one of Indonesia’s 90s action actors.

In this year, Academic 2017-2018, GMIS  provide Rp. 100 million for educational donation for 400 foster children of elementary schools. This donation is derived from the fund raising of students and teachers of GMIS, which will be given to children from poor families through GNOTA.

In addition, GMIS also donate second-hand products collected from GMIS student for donations. Thank you Gandhi Memorial Intercontinental School.
