Maybank Indonesia Finance Supports GNOTA Foundation through Garage Sale Donations

Jakarta – Maybank Indonesia Finance together with its employees known as Mayfiners, have demonstrated a strong commitment to social sustainability by donating items for a garage sale to the GNOTA Foundation. The donations included a wide variety of clothing and footwear for both children and adults, many of which were in excellent condition.

The items, consisting of new and gently used goods, were delivered to the GNOTA Foundation to be resold at a charity bazaar. The total proceeds from the sale of Mayfiners’ donations reached IDR 2,280,000. These funds will be used to support GNOTA’s foster children programs, particularly through the provision of education support in the form of financial assistance.

GNOTA organizes this charity bazaar twice a year, during the festive seasons of Eid al-Fitr and Christmas. It serves not only as a fundraising initiative but also as a platform to engage communities and raise awareness about the importance of education for underprivileged children.

GNOTA (Gerakan Nasional Orang Tua Asuh) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of Indonesian children through better access to education.
